At Origami Sports, we understand the importance of providing high-quality samples to our customers for evaluation and approval. Our sample policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction.

  1. Sample Pricing and Adjustment:

In alignment with common industry practices, our sample pricing reflects a nominal increase compared to bulk orders. This pricing structure accounts for the time, energy, and resources invested in producing samples, including pattern making, cutting, designing, and labor costs. However, upon placing a bulk order and approving the samples, we adjust the extra charges incurred for the samples into the normal charges. This adjustment is made once the bulk order is confirmed with necessary satisfaction and advance payment.

  1. Advance Payment for Sample Orders:

All sample orders are subject to advance payment for the total value, including shipping and handling charges. This ensures efficient processing and timely delivery of samples to our customers. For the convenience of our customers, we offer a special discount equivalent to the value of the sample ordered during their first order. Following the first order, sample orders may be provided free of cost to customers, depending on order quantities. However, customers are responsible for covering freight charges associated with sample delivery.

  1. Sample Production Timeline:

Samples are typically produced within a week; however, the exact timeline may vary based on factors such as design complexity, sample quantity, and size specifications. We strive to expedite the sample production process while maintaining the highest standards of quality craftsmanship.

  1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

At Origami Sports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering samples that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with a sample, we encourage open communication and will work diligently to address any concerns or make necessary revisions.

  1. Freight Charges:

While sample orders may be provided free of cost after the first order (depending on order quantities), customers are responsible for covering freight charges associated with sample delivery. Freight charges are calculated based on the shipping destination, package weight, and shipping method selected by the customer.

We accept minimum orders of 50 pieces per style, utilizing the provided Article Numbers for accurate placement. Custom designs and counter samples are produced promptly while maintaining confidentiality. Comprehensive documentation, including clear lists of clothing details and high-resolution branding files, streamlines order processing. Customers are encouraged to provide specific customization guidelines for tailored products.

A minimum order quantity of 50 pieces per design/color/kind is required, to ensure manufacturing efficiency. Throughout the design and approval process, open communication is maintained, with customers reviewing and approving designs before production.

  • Payments Policies

At Origami Sports, we offer flexible payment options to ensure a seamless transaction process for our valued customers. We accept various online payment solutions including L/C, TT, bank wire transfer, Western Union (WU), and MoneyGram. To initiate design finishing and/or production, we require an advance/deposit payment. Origami Sports accepts a 50% advance of the total invoiced bill before commencing the order, with the remaining 50% due upon order completion. The final balance must be settled before shipment, following the customer’s virtual satisfaction through proper pictures and short videos of the completed order. We prioritize customer satisfaction and fairness in all transactions. Origami Sports is committed to maintaining a customer-driven approach, ensuring that every customer is treated with respect and receives fair treatment throughout the payment process.

  • Error Resolution Policy

At Origami Sports, we recognize that the process of creating custom clothing is intricate and may involve various steps. If you find that your received order doesn’t match your approval, please reach out to us immediately. In such cases where the error lies with us, we take full responsibility and will promptly remake or repair your order. At Origami Sports, customer satisfaction remains our utmost priority, and we are committed to providing solutions to any challenges encountered during the custom clothing process.

  • Shipment Modes

The delivery date of your order hinges on two critical factors: the receipt of your final order and the completion of order detail approvals. We prioritize providing you with optimal delivery options tailored to factors such as delivery cost, shipment weight, urgency of delivery, and destination. We aim to ensure your products reach you efficiently and effectively, meeting your specific requirements and timelines.
